Warranty

All products have a 30 day warranty against factory defective merchandise. This warranty does not cover misuse, or customer inflicted damage to a product. Any products that are requested to be assembled, such as Blades and rubbers, are taken as is, unless damage occurs due to shipping. All used products are taken as is.

Return policy

If there is extensive damage to the product, please contact us at your earliest convenience. All products with shipping or factory damage will be replaced or refunded.

Prior to return of any and all merchandise, a proof of purchase and authorization must be made via e-mail. Customer must initiate the return process within 30 days upon delivery. Any returned product must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition, to an address provided to the customer or the customer will be charged with a 25% re-stocking fee.

Products must be new, unused, and contain all original accessories.
